Over the next week I am going to share some practical and tactical health and wellness tips as it pertains to your body quadrant of your 4 dimensional life. Today we get back to the basics. Think about our ancestors. Think about those who weren’t stuck in front of a computer screen all day, or stuck in an office chair for 8 hours a day. Think about how our ancestors lived on this very planet. Cold baths in a stream. The only light coming from either the sun or a fire. No man-made chemicals entering our bodies through processed food. But what about the modern life expectancy? Sure, we are living longer… much longer. But has our quality of life expanded as well? Is our health optimal as we reach our later years? We may be living longer, but many of us are not living better. Listen in as I got down the rabbit hole and talk about how going back to the basics can help us get back to being healthy, not just old.
