Today we dive into my favorite way of consuming food, eating based on your blood type. If you Google it, you’ll get a bunch of mixed reviews, however if you dig into some real information you’ll find this has been used with tremendous success for decades. Dr. D’Adamo, the creator of blood type dieting, preaches that a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition DOES NOT WORK, and I 100% agree. With so many differences in our DNA, why would anyone assume that the same diet works for everyone.
