Day 1 we covered some basics to nutrition and health. Day 2 we covered how to eat for your blood type and the seemingly endless benefits from that focused approach to food. Today we get a little more tactical with hormone regulation and modulation. Thyroid, insulin, rem sleep, and more. I dig deep into the science behind hormone, as well as my experience optimizing my body today versus abusing my body in the past.
