Where in your life is something so readily available that you’re currently taking it for granted? Whether it’s family, a well-paying job, or our health, it usually tends to be the things that are closest to us. For me I recently discovered my thing was food. From fast food binges to eating too quickly, I took the accessibility for granted. I wasn’t truly taking the time to appreciate what was going into my body. After spending a couple days fasting during a detox, my entire perspective on food shifted.
