For most people, once we start our fitness journey and start to see some results, we have the tendency to want to reward ourselves.  Whether your vice is alcohol, sugar, fried foods, or whatever else it might be, I’m here to explain to you why this can be a very dangerous path to tip-toe when it comes to diet and physical fitness.  Why? It bleeds into everything you do. Instead of continuing to push higher, you allow negative habits simply because you’re achieving positive results. Today we’re going to further investigate my long-standing motto:  how you do one thing is how you do everything.
