Coaching has truly blessed me in so many ways.  Above all else, the lessons I learn from my clients on a daily basis have helped me expand my own mindset.  In this particular instance, my client was sharing an issue in his life involving his children. While initially it seemed as if there was nothing good to be gained from the situation, when we stepped back and re-framed everything his entire perspective changed.  This brought me to wonder where in my own life am I unable to focus on the real lesson and gift from a challenging situation?
