Have you ever convinced yourself there is only one way to do something? If so, I'm going to challenge you to expand your thinking. I've personally been dealing with this in my body over the past several months. I thought I had cracked the code. I thought I found THE exact way to train and maximize my physical ability. After several months of less-than-stellar workouts, low sex drive, out-of-wack hormones, and generally not feeling like myself, I knew it was time for a change. Little did I know how soon a guide would manifest in my life, but it was only because I recognized I was doing something wrong.
